Folate Dehydrogenase (FDH)

Recombinant 10-Formyltetrahydrofolate Dehydrogenase. The N-terminal domain from Homo sapiens was solved by MIR and refined to 2.3 Å resolution. This domain binds folate and exhibits hydrolase activity. Human FDH(159kB)

Phosphoglucose Isomerase (PGI)
